A healthy and mindful diet is important. Often heard, but not often practiced. A lack of time and stress prevent us from eating with due care. However, it is extraordinary what one can influence through targeted nutrition alone - apart from metabolic disorders and weight problems, also problems such as migraine. In the Vitalis MedCuisine, foods are avoided that tend to weaken the immune system and therefore also promote allergies indirectly.

By avoiding certain foods, the immune system is unburdened in a targeted manner, a healthy intestinal flora is promoted and the acid-base balance is restored.

Foods such as pork, white flour, sugar, cow’s milk products and chicken protein tend to weaken the immune system and therefore indirectly promote allergies. A correct, healthy diet leads to increased performance and greater well-being. A further positive effect is that symptoms such as skin rashes, fatigue, a poor concentration or gastrointestinal complaints can be avoided.

In the Vitalis MedCuisine, attention is paid to ensuring an optimal macronutrient ratio of protein, fat and carbohydrates.

The meals consist of:

  • 2/4 vegetables, salad, fruit, nuts and high-quality fats such as vegetable oil - resulting in positive effects on the acid-base balance and a good supply of antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D
  • 1/4 protein - important for building up/maintaining cells, it satiates and stimulates the production of hormones and enzymes that support weight loss
  • 1/4 carbohydrate - energy provider for mental and physical activities
